Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actress who has received critical recognition for her skills. Sagittarius, she was born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is the oldest out of three children born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) and Anne Smith, a psychologist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed heritage.
